Tech Support – Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and find simple solutions to customer issues;
  • Answer to requests for technical assistance over the phone/email or through a
    ticketing system;
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
  • Triage and redirect issues and requests to the correct resource;
  • Solve issues through the ticketing system on first touch whenever possible.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical Expertise on IT and Software
  • +2 years experience in a previous Tech or Customer Support role, end users/customer support or an equivalent role requiring customer related communication;
  • Knowledge about Industrial/ food processing;
  • First line problem solver profile;
  • A good listener, empathetic, and patient;
  • Strong relationship building skills and a clear communicator;
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously;
  • Analytical and Creative;
  • Experience of using Git/Jira/Confluence desirable;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Effective time management and organizational skills;
  • Experience of working to customer/project deadlines;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Ability to respond positively to pressure;
  • Thai native and proficient English level (C2 or TOEIC 750).
